THE FIRST EVER ONLINE
COSTUME CONTEST - COMPLETED
Halloween. The one holiday that is there
just for fun. It's the perfect
time to be creative...planning the spooktacular party, drenching your
digs in spiderwebs, thinking up the scariest/funniest/cutest costume.
So, I got to thinking: Why not have a on-line costume contest?
The very first one ever. So here's your big chance to flex your
creative muscle.
Just illustrate or photograph your costume, real or imaginary,
and send it in. I'll post all the submissions and get them judged
by our panel of Halloween experts. After that it's just a matter of
squealing with delight over all the great entries and awarding a
trick-or-treat bag of candy, along with a swank Penelope Illustration
mug. I can't wait to see what you send in!
p.s. The more the merrier, so tell all your friends.
THE GUIDELINES:
1. Images should be jpegs no larger than 400 x 400 pixels.
Color or b/w is fine. When your images is created, simply email it
to {CLOSED CONTEST} with the subject line:
Costume Contest Entry.
2. Entries must be received by 2004.
3. Nothing dirty. This is not a porn site and it never will be.
Keep your dirties to yourself.
4. This is also just for fun. No getting your feelings hurt
if you don't win.
