Leap into 2008 - podcast interview

I was recently interviewed by life coach Sheri Gaynor, whose mission is to empower women to live extraordinary lives. To kickstart 08 Sheri talks to me about my leap into full time freelance illustration. Her website, Feisty Females, is also chock full of good stuff. Have a listen if you get a moment. (You can hear my totally uncool high pitched voice. Why oh why wasn’t I blessed with a low sexy voice? Or a lovely British accent or something. That would have been good.)

so, so, SO wonderful!!! And I don’t think your voice is uncool in the least bit. You sounded relaxed, sweet and positive :) Great story - just fantastic!

I thought that was very interesting and inspirational - and your voice sounded great! I have a British accent, it’s not that exciting :)

Loved the interview. Been following your blog for a long time and it was great to hear your voice. Very inspiring! I loved what you said about doing research and taking calculated risks. It was especially helpful to hear about you contacting other people in your field to share their wisdom.

I’m listening to this now and will have to listen to it in segments, but wanted to say that I hear nothing amiss with your voice, but I get that we’re not used to hearing our own voice and it usually sounds odd to our own ears. Looking forward to hearing you talk about your experiences!

Thank you SOOOO much for posting this on your blog. You are a gem! First of all, your voice is wonderful I told you what I thought of myself when I first heard myself on our local radio (demented surfer girl-I wondered who on earth is going to come see me as a coach???). We are so hard on ourselves!!
Everyone who has listened has loved hearing the information. You were so generous. Who knows, maybe we will do another one sometime soon!
