Maybe it’s like the very end of ‘incredible shrinking woman’ where lily tomlin is on her way to becoming a giant.

this happens to me, except it’s usually my pant legs that shrink…

You’re not putting them in the dryer, are you?

Wear a polkadot or striped shirt under your sweaters, looks nice!

  5. Alison Says:

You are too funny! That made me laugh. :) And you ARE NOT putting them in the dryer right?

You’re not supposed to dry sweaters? Don’t they get all crunchy if you don’t????

I can relate! I have so, so many tops that suddenly have 3/4 length sleeves. Someone needs to make a line of extra long sleeved shirts for all us tall girls!

(No dryers - takes longer but oh so nice to not have everything shrink in the length). :)

No dryer. I hang them to dry, and then put them in the dryer for 5 - 10 minutes to “soften” them up.

Yes, I am the man of the house and I do the laundry. I’m short and can’t afford to shrink my clothes (believe me, it makes sense). I wear a small, and I’m barrel chested. Boy, what a mess…

Heh heh - you’re not the only one who has this problem!

I love the illustration + lettering.

  10. Tami Says:

Don’t feel bad, Penelope. I suck at laundry, too!!

My boyfriend has the same problem with his sweaters, but actually it works really well for me because I get the offcasts…and he has good taste. Nothing better on a cold Winter’s day than wearing a comfy man-pullover with a subtle hint of boyfriend-scent. mmmmm. Oh that, and a hot chocolate in hand!
