Also updated my work section with a bunch of new goodies. (Updating your site is a great way to work when you don’t feel creative… an hour or two of brackets and inane symbols makes me want to paint again.)

And I’ve been playing around with altered pics for the other sections… badly needed some bright smiley pink, orange and blue!

hmm… linking to that reminded me that I really need to do another newsletter. I’ll slap that up on the ol’ to-do.

high five.

I love looking at other people’s sketchbooks. Sometimes I post a thing or two from my Moleskine when I get a chance at the scanner. I’ve posting on Illustration Friday for a while and I didn’t realize you were at Y&L. Did you work with Culleen Becker? I work in Bloomington myself and in Indy before that.

i love looking at sketches. you seem to have had a lot of fun doing them.
i am an illustrator in bangalore, india and sometimes i feel i am the only one in the world doing what i do. however, i just discovered blogs, especially illustration blogs just recently and it has opened up a whole new world of illustrators to connect with! i am going to start my own blog soon… :)
