short and sleepy
November 27, 2006Hello friends!
I hope you in the US had a good Thanksgiving filled with people you love. We went back to Indiana to spend the holiday with Colin’s mom, and it was great to be back. The drive was long and studded with traffic jams. But the food and the company was wonderful. Big hugs, familiar friends, and laughing playing Pictionary. We even drove by the old house to give some paper work to the new owner (who we found out has a four-year-old boy and a dog, which makes me like her more), but she wasn’t home. So we peeked in the windows and marvelled at how it didn’t feel like ours anymore… and yet somehow it did. Kind of sad, but maybe the new owner loves it as much as we did.
Remember that podcast I mentioned a few days ago? Here it is. Give it a listen if you have a few minutes. I hope I don’t sound too dweeby. hee.
I have more to say, but I’m a bit sleepy… I’ll catch you tomorrow.
