My birthday is next week (the day the moving truck comes to take all our stuff) and all I want is one thing: our house to sell. Pretty please… I’ve been good all year.

We’re trying to sell our house too, and a very good realtor source gave us an idea: offer a bonus to any buyer’s agent who gets you a contract within a set time period - i.e. $1000 extra for teh agent who brings in a buyer + contract (not closing, that’s too much) by the end of the month. That way realtors who are showing homes to prospective buyers might push your house to the top of the list, or show your home even if it doesn’t quite match the buyers’ criteria. Just a thought! It’s my birthday today and I’ve donated my birthday wishes to you :-) Please, please, pretty please sell Lopie’s house … I know from experience how important it is to be able to move on so my fingers will remain crossed until it happens for you. I’ve seen so many changes - a marriage, a career change, an art style change (this might have happened before the career change - can’t remember), the birth of illustration friday, and now a big move.
