I love to dress up for Halloween. Picking out or making your costume. There’s just something about dressing up to hand out candy to the kiddies that makes it more fun. In 2004 I asked people to submit their costumes for this contest. We had a ton of submissions and they were more creative than I could’ve dreamed!
