When I was in my early 20's, it got me through major depression and eating disorders. I'm 34 now and I can see that I have gone back to these words in small and big moments ever since. It's so good to remember we are never stuck, despite mistakes, difficult moments, etc. I love the idea of bathing in it :-) I hope it helped! Now this is a powerful little line.
