hey penny-lope, i appreciate how open you are in your sharing. i know just what you mean about reaching out and the scary factor of that. (hell, it was scary just callin you the other day! i get a little nervous reachin out...) we watched "Almost Famous" the other night (so so great) and i had to laugh so hard when the music critic told the kid, "i'm always home. i'm uncool." oh, man, that's me. am i uncool?

anyway, i'm happy your funk left. and oh....ayurveda....did i tell you patrick is an ayurvedic consultant? it really has changed my life---and yes, so much of it IS common sense and diet and simply living in balance with nature and your natural state... i studied ayur-yoga for a year, which is basically the traditional asanas, but you learn how each one affects you in different ways so you can alter your practice according to what YOU need each day. it's awesome...i've been practicing ashtanga for about 7 years but ever since i studied ayur-yoga, it has altered and helped my ashtanga practice a ton more. i'm talkin your ear off...have a fun weekend. xoj
